We strengthen the public health ecosystem by fostering inter-sectoral convergence and dismantling departmental silos. This is critical for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring a unified approach to complex health challenges.
Operating primarily within Nutrition and Immunization, we establish seamless collaboration and convergence between the Departments of Health and Family Welfare as well as Women and Child Development ensuring coordinated public health efforts and the effective delivery of integrated services to last-mile populations.
We build the capacity of healthcare workers through need-based, evidence-driven training, technology and tools for strengthening healthcare leadership at the grassroots.
Healthcare workers are the backbone of the public health ecosystem, and empowering them is essential to achieving sustainable, community-level health outcomes. Our focus is on nursing staff, ANMs, Anganwadi Workers and ASHAs, the first trusted point of contact for millions of families. From advanced data collection tools to comprehensive LMS-based training, we are strengthening high-quality service delivery at the community level.
